A year ago in October some of us gathered in Lily Dale for informal classes. And we had a great time! It was beautiful fall weather and we mostly wore our coats for walks and through the Labyrinth. The wind comes chilly off Lake Erie and the last morning when I woke up, it was rainy and dark- about 40 degrees but it felt really cold! An old Victorian house. Kind of Granny Chic.
So the lyrics go:
Coldest at Lily Dale/Partly due to the wetness/Partly due to a love that's strong/ People are warm and the heating all wrong! Lily Dale./Summer it is a lovely place. Birds are singing at dawn./Forty in Autumn, rainy and dark/grabbing the coffee dressed in my down.
It was nice being around! I don't take the weather personally./We were having a blast but not clown around/Even though(!) there was no sound: There were cats and people around./ And we walked The Labyrinth underground and the New Age store in town.
