I noticed analogies between three things: The ups and downs of bipolar depression are very affected by the ins and outs of Yoga. So both curling up your knees and bending down from the waist are inner, grounding and reflective while backbend positions are more exciting and send energy outward. Just the same way, sending our energy down with the in-breath from the crown of our heads until we loosen up any sore spots and then down and down again from our solar plexus down through our feet to the earth- can be very grounding and help us see rationally the material coming through all our senses. Including the sixth sense. Meanwhile taking bright blue light into our crowns to our hearts and letting it go up and up again while breathing in and out gets us to a more excited state and faster vibration. This reminds me of the ins and outs of Yoga. However in healing we can do both grounding and running up the energy simultaneously. If we let the energy from above meet the energy from below, between the heart and the solar plexus and then send it outwards to whoever needs healing - this makes purple from the red(grounded) and the blue(elevated). Very interesting parallels.
